SNOW BALL CAKE 
2 env. Dream Whip
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 lemon (juice of it)
1 c. white sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 lg. angel food cake
2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin (2 env.)
4 tbsp. cold water
1 box coconut
Sm. jar maraschino cherries

Soften 2 tablespoons Knox gelatin in 4 tablespoons of cold water. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup white sugar, juice of 1 lemon and 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (juice and all). Stir and set in refrigerator until pretty jelled.

Whip 2 envelopes of Dream Whip and fold into gelatin mixture, use a 9x13x2 pan.

Break up the angel food cake in pieces. Place alternate layers of the cake pieces in the pan with chilled gelatin mixture, layer of cake first then gelatin. Chill this pan full in refrigerator overnight.

Next morning prepare whipped cream and spread over top of the cake. Sprinkle coconut over this and place cherries on top.
