OREO DESSERT 
1 small bag Oreo cookies
2 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 container Cool Whip
1 c. chopped walnuts

Crumble Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and line bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix milk and instant puddings together. Add vanilla ice cream and mix. Pour over crumbs. Spread with Cool Whip and nuts. Freeze. Set out 1/2 hour before serving.
