OREO ICE CREAM DESSERT 
16 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

Roll Oreo cookies in a storage bag until cookies are crumbly. Slightly thaw ice cream. Put 1/4 cookies on bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Mix together 1/2 of cookies crumbs, Cool Whip and ice cream. Spread over cookie crumbs. Sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs over the top and freeze. Serve frozen. I have also tried chocolate chip cookies with this recipe.
