SPICY RAISIN PUDDING CAKE 
1 pkg. (1 layer size) spice cake mix
1/3 c. milk
1/2 raisins
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. boiling water
Vanilla ice cream

In 1 1/2 quart casserole or pan combine dry cake mix and milk until smooth. Stir in raisins and vanilla. Spread batter evenly in pan. In small bowl, combine brown sugar and oil. Stir in boiling water, stirring until brown sugar is dissolved. Pour sauce evenly over batter.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until cake tests done. Serve warm with ice cream.
