RAISIN BREAD PUDDING 
2 c. raisin bread (5 to 6 slices)
3 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon

Remove crusts of bread and cut into 1 inch squares. Boil milk and pour over squares of bread. Add butter and cover. Beat eggs and slowly pour in the heated milk mixture. Add vanilla. Pour into lightly greased 8x12 pan. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Place pan into another larger pan of water and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, or until knife comes out clean when inserted. Cool and serve. Serves 4 to 5.
