BANANA SPLIT CAKE | |
5 bananas, sliced 1 large can crushed pineapple 1/2 box graham crackers 2 sticks butter 1 tub Cool Whip 1 box confectioners sugar Melt 1 stick butter in 10 x 12-inch pan. Crush graham crackers. Mix with butter to form a crust. Mix confectioners sugar with 1 stick of butter and pour over crust. Drain pineapple and spread over mixture. Place sliced bananas on top. Spread Cool Whip on top. Garnish with nuts, strawberries, cherries, etc. Refrigerate or freeze until half frozen. |
