CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
3 c. chicken broth
1 c. light cream or milk
1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken

In large saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour and dash of pepper. Add chicken broth and cream or milk. Cook and stir until bubbly. Stir one more minute. Stir in chicken, heat through. (Makes 3 servings.)
