COUNTRY STYLE HOT DOG RELISH 
4 c. onions
4 c. cabbage
12 green peppers
10 green tomatoes
1/2 c. salt
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tbsp. turmeric
6 c. sugar
4 c. vinegar
2 c. cold water

Grind first 4 items using coarse blade of food grinder. Sprinkle with salt. Let stand overnight, rinse and drain.

Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetable mixture. Heat to a full boil. Boil 5 minutes. Place in jars and seal. Makes 9 pints.
