COUNTRY STYLE HOT DOG RELISH 
4 c. onions
4 c. cabbage
12 green peppers
10 green tomatoes
1/2 c. salt
2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tbsp. turmeric
6 c. sugar
4 c. vinegar

Grind first four ingredients together, using coarse blade of grinder. Drain. Sprinkle with salt. Add cold water. Let stand overnight. Rinse and drain. Combine rest of ingredients. Pour over vegetable mixture. Heat to boil. Boil 10 to 15 minutes. Can and seal hot.
