HOT DOG RELISH 
8 lg. onions
10 green tomatoes
6 red sweet peppers
1 med. head cabbage
12 green sweet peppers
1/2 c. salt

Put vegetables through chopper using coarse blade; sprinkle with salt. Let stand overnight. Drain. 4 c. vinegar 1 tbsp. mustard seed 1 tbsp. celery seed 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric

Boil the vinegar, sugar, spices and vegetables; drain well (8 to 10 minutes). Put in jars and seal. Makes about 8 pints.
