FROZEN SLAW 
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 lg. cabbage
1 lg. carrot
1 lg. rib celery
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 red or yellow bell pepper
1 tbsp. salt

Bring sugar, vinegar, water to a boil and set aside to cool. Chop cabbage and sprinkle with salt and let stand 1 hour. Slice carrot and boil for 8 minutes; cool. Chop pepper and celery. Drain water from cabbage. Add other ingredients. Mix well and seal in air tight container and freeze. Thaw to serve. Must be frozen before serving.
