COUNTRY APPLE BREAD PUDDING | |
49 caramels 2 tbsp. water 4 c. raisin bread cubes 1/4 c. butter (melted) 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 6 c. apple slices 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Melt caramels with water in saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally until sauce is smooth. Toss bread cubes with butter. Add combined sugar and cinnamon. Mix well. In 8 inch square dish, layer half of apples, nuts, caramel sauce and bread cubes. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes. 6 servings. |
