BREAKFAST GRANOLA 
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. unsulfured molasses
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in heavy saucepan, bring to a boil, over low heat. Stir constantly. 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 c. chopped almonds 1/3 c. unsweetened coconut 1/3 c. sunflower seeds 1/4 c. wheat germ 2 tbsp. sesame seeds

Mix all these ingredients together in large roasting pan and pour syrup over. Stir well until all is coated. Bake in 325 degree oven until toasted about 40 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes. Cool completely. Store in airtight container in cool dry place. Serve with milk or yogurt.
