CAPELLINI OMELET (BREAKFAST) 
1 lb. capellini
6 eggs
1 tbsp. grated cheese
1 tsp. crushed parsley
1 tsp. black pepper
3/4 c. oil

Cook the capellini in a saucepan. Then mix all the ingredients plus the capellini in a large bowl. Get a large fry pan with oil in it, then when the oil is hot put the capellini and ingredients in it like a regular omelette and flip. Then it is ready to serve.
