Pillsbury cheese cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
Can of cherries
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. amaretto (optional)

Prepare box mix as directed except add 8 ounces cream cheese to ingredients. When mixing topping, add a can of cherries that has been warmed with 1 teaspoon cream of tartar and 1 tablespoon amaretto. Top cake with this mixture and refrigerate.
