RICH AND CREAMY CHEESECAKE 
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
16 oz. sour cream
4 level tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cream cream cheese and sugar together; add eggs one at a time. Add milk and sour cream, mixing well. Add flour one tablespoon at a time. Add vanilla.

Bake in a 9-inch spring pan at 375 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until top is golden brown. Chill at least 6 hours. Best overnight.
