CREAMY BAKED CHEESECAKE 
1 1/4 c. graham crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
3 eggs
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling or topping, chilled

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into pan. In a large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Beat in Eagle Brand milk. Beat in eggs and lemon juice. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 minutes or until center is set. Top with sour cream. Bake 5 minutes. Cool. Top with filling.
