CRAB A' LA' SOPHIE 
1 lb. crabmeat (can use Delicaseas or other imitation crabmeat made from crab/fish blend)
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped celery

Gently mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
