CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 can water
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can crab meat
2 eggs

Saute celery and onion in butter; add stuffing mix, soup, water and crab meat. Beat 2 eggs and fold into cooked mixture; top with crushed potato chips, if desired. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes until bubbly and brown.
