CRAB MOLD | |
8 oz. crab meat (imitation crab works well) 1 c. mayonnaise 1 can cream of mushroom soup 6 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 onion, chopped fine 1 c. celery, chopped fine 3/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine 1 env. unflavored gelatin 4 tsp. warm water Heat soup. Add cream cheese and blend until smooth. Dissolve gelatin in water and add to soup. Then add onion, celery, green pepper, mayonnaise and crab meat; mix well. Prepare 5 cup mold by spraying with Pam; then pour the mixture in. Chill for 3 hours until firm. Serve with your favorite crackers. |
