SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and pour in 2 quart buttered casserole and add topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. plain flour
1/3 c. melted butter
