FLUFFY SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
6-8 sweet potatoes (about 4 lbs.)
3 egg yolks
1/2 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
3 egg whites
Marshmallows

Peel, slice and cook potatoes in water until done. Then mash and when cooled, add the egg yolks one at a time. Mix well and add milk (more if necessary). Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and put in casserole dish. Dot with pieces of butter and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes. Top with marshmallows and bake until melted (5 minutes).
