BEEF PORCUPINES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. raw rice
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. water
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Wesson oil

Mix beef, rice, onion, and seasonings. Form into balls. Fry in hot oil, turning frequently, until light brown but not crusty on all sides. Add sauce and water, mixing well. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
