BEEF PORCUPINES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Rice-A-Roni beef flavor
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 c. water

Combine rice/vermicelli mix with ground beef and egg. Shape into 20 (1 1/4 inch balls. In a large skillet, brown meatballs; drain. Combine contents of seasoning package and water; pour over meatballs. Cover; simmer for 30 minutes; add water as necessary; thicken gravy if desired.
