PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
4 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. Jif peanut butter
1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) Cool Whip, room temperature
1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 graham cracker pie crust

Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter, slowly add milk. Blend in thoroughly to mixture. Add Cool Whip to mixture; pour into pie crust. Sprinkle nuts on top.
