ZUCCHINI CRISP 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Pinch salt
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter
4-5 c. peeled zucchini, cut in 1/4" pieces

TOPPING:

3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter

Cover zucchini in water and boil for 5 minutes. Drain well, mix with above ingredients. Place in buttered baking pan. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
