BROCCOLI/CORN CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. whole wheat crackers, crushed
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. minced onion
17 oz. can creamed corn
8 oz. can whole corn
1 tbsp. melted butter

Cook and drain broccoli. Spread in bottom of casserole. Combine eggs, 1/2 cup crackers, milk and onion. Stir in corn, spread over broccoli. Combine remaining crackers with butter and put on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 6.
