TACO SALAD 
1 can black olives
3/4 head lettuce
4 med. tomatoes
2 cans fancy kidney beans
2 bunches green onions
1 (12 oz.) bag shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck, browned and drained
1 lg. bag Doritos, crushed
1 sm. onion, chopped
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1/3 c. white vinegar
Sour cream (optional)

Mix olives, lettuce, kidney beans, onion, cheese and ground chuck in alternate layers and toss lightly. Just before serving, add the tomatoes and crushed Doritos. Add dressing just before you toss lightly.
