CREAMED SPINACH 
4 bacon slices, finely chopped
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 to 1 1/2 c. low fat milk
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped spinach, cooked and drained

In a medium skillet, cook bacon until almost crisp; add onion and cook until onion is tender, remove from heat. Add flour and seasonings, gradually stir in milk starting with 1 1/2 cup; cook, stirring constantly over low heat until thickened. Add spinach and mix thoroughly. If too thick, add remaining milk. Makes 8 servings.
