TATOR DUMPLINGS 
3 lg. potatoes
2 cans biscuits
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper

Peel and cut into small pieces the potatoes and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes or until almost done, drop in the biscuits, after each biscuit has been broken into 3 pieces. Cook for 5 minutes. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper. Serves 6.
