TEXAS STYLE POTATOES 
3 pkgs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 carton (2 c.) sour cream

Defrost potatoes; mix all other ingredients with potatoes. Put in 9x13 pan and top with buttered corn flakes (2 cups). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
