TEXAS STYLE POTATOES 
32 oz. pkg. shredded hash browns, thawed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. sour cream

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Break up thawed potatoes. Mix other ingredients and add to potatoes. Spread in a b uttered 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with corn flakes. Drizzle on melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6-8.
