TEXAS POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 sm. jar Cheese Whiz
1 stick butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Put into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with crushed potato chips or corn flakes mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 325-350 degrees.
