CREAMY HORSERADISH DIP 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. horseradish sauce
1/2 c. finely chopped ham
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and horseradish sauce, mixing until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve with vegetable dippers or chips. Makes 2 cups.

Variations: Substitute 2 1/2 ounce package smoked sliced beef in place of ham or 4 crispy cooked bacon slices, crumbled for ham or omit ham and add 2 tablespoons Italian dressing and 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese.
