HONEY RUM BALLS 
2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (7 1/2 oz. box)
1/2 c. light rum
1/2 c. honey
1 lb. (4 c.) walnuts, ground
Powdered sugar

Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, rum, honey and ground walnuts. Let stand 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in sifted powdered sugar. Store in airtight container. Makes about 5 dozen. (These keep well up to 6 weeks. If desired, roll again in powdered sugar).
