HOLIDAY RUM BALLS | |
5 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers 1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1/2 c. (4 oz.) rum 1/4 c. Karo light syrup 2 tbsp. cocoa Confectioners' sugar Combine crumbs, pecans, 1 cup confectioners' sugar, rum, Karo syrup and cocoa. Shape into balls with hands dusted with confectioners' sugar. Store in tightly covered container several days to mellow. Makes about 4 dozen. |
