SLOPPY JOES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, sliced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. (1 lb. can) undrained tomatoes, cut up
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

In large fry pan, brown beef, stirring occasionally. Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over toasted buns.

(This is a good mixture to make up in large amounts and freeze. For quick lunches or suppers, thaw in covered saucepan over low heat.) Serves 4-5.
