TOPPED GRAHAM COOKIES 
2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Approximately 1/2 box graham crackers

Melt butter and brown sugar in saucepan. Add coconut, pecans and vanilla - stir well. Place graham crackers on cookie sheet - spoon topping on grahams - cook about 10 minutes or until bubbly in oven that is preheated to 400 degrees.
