FUDGE FROM CEESE'S CANDY STORE
IN CALIFORNIA
 
120 sm. marshmallows
2 c. sugar
1 sm. can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
6 oz. Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

In a large saucepan, bring to a boil and stir constantly for 6 minutes, sugar, marshmallows and milk. Remove from heat. Add chocolate, butter and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into buttered 8x8 or 9x9 pan.

Optional - nuts, mint, rum or almond extract instead of vanilla.
