4 c. sugar
1 c. Carnation milk
1 stick butter
2 pkgs. chocolate chips
1 can marshmallow whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. nuts

Mix sugar, milk, butter together, boil about 8 or 9 minutes. Add chocolate chips, marshmallow whip, beat all together real good. Add nuts and vanilla. Spray dish with Pam. Pour in and cool. Cut in small pieces.
