GHOULASH (POLISH) 
3 lbs. ground beef
2 cans chicken gumbo soup
2 onions, diced
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. macaroni (slightly cooked)
1 pkg. carrots, sliced
1 celery, chopped

Brown ground beef and drain; add onions, soup, tomato sauce, carrots and celery. Let simmer for almost 2 hours making sure you add water to avoid burning. Add macaroni about 15 minutes before finished cooking. Great for leftovers.
