"POLISH GOWOMKI ANGELA STYLE" 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. pork
1 c. rice
3/4 bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 onion or more
Salt and pepper and season to taste
Can of tomatoes (whole)
Can of cream of mushroom soup
1 head of cabbage

Blend in a bowl, hamburger, pork, 2 eggs. Mix in bread crumbs and rice.

Boil cabbage, cut hard core out. Cool cabbage. Leaves will pull apart easier. Trim off hard stems.

Wrap meat mixture in leaves, 1/2 cup per leaf. Place in Dutch oven. Bake 375 degrees for 5 minutes then add tomato and soup. Bake 1 1/2 hours until done.

Serve with potato salad.
