POLISH SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. sausage cut into chunks and combined with 3/4 c. rice
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. green peas
1 can (2 1/2 oz.) mushrooms

In skillet cover and bring to a boil first 5 ingredients listed. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in 1 package green peas and 1 can (2 1/2 ounces) mushrooms, drained. Sprinkle with cheese and cover. Simmer 20 minutes.
