MOTHER'S WHITE EASTER SOUP
(ZUREK)
 
3 qts. water
2 c. diced smoked kielbasa, cooked and skinned
1 med. onion
2 sm. pieces garlic
1 bay leaf
A few peppercorns

Bring all the above ingredients to a boil, and cook for 1 hour. Then blend 1 cup sour cream with 3 tablespoons flour. Add small amount of hot stock to this mixture and stir until smooth. Finally, add to rest of soup. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
