GARLIC DILL PICKLES 
2 qts. water
3/4 c. pickling salt
1 qt. Speas amber vinegar
Cucumbers
2 buds garlic per qt. jar
1 head dill per qt. jar

Select fresh, firm cucumbers; pack into hot sterilized jars. Add 1 head dill and 2 buds garlic per quart jar. Fill jars with hot water, salt and vinegar mixture.
