CHRISTMAS SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. apple juice
1 c. apple sauce

Add water to Jell-O; stir until dissolved. Add juice and sauce. Chill until firm in an 8 3/4 x 4 1/2 x 2 3/4 inch loaf pan.

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple with juice

Add boiling water to Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Add cream cheese to mixture and beat until smooth. Add pineapple and juice. Chill until partially set. Pour over firm green layer and chill until second layer congeals.

1 pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 can (2 c.) cranberry sauce (whole)
1/2 c. pecan halves

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Stir until clear. Add cranberry sauce and chill until mixture begins to set. Add nuts and pour over firm lemon layer. This is very good.
