BLUE FISH 
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, cut
1 pepper
Creole seasoning

Cut fish down to bone, split open and lay flat. Bake at 350 degrees with ingredients on it. Decorate with parsley, carrots and/or broccoli.
