1 pkg. frozen raspberries
1 tsp. cognac (optional, but very good)
1 qt. strawberry ice cream

Using a spoon push thawed raspberries through a wire strainer. Add cognac. Pour over ice cream and serve immediately. Serves 4. Simple, but delicious.
