VANILLA ICE CREAM WITH HOT RASPBERRY | |
1 or 2 pkgs. frozen raspberry Some cherry brandy or raspberry brandy Sugar, cornstarch Heat raspberries, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water, sugar to taste. Thicken berries with cornstarch (should be creamy but still liquid). Add brandy and mix well. Serve hot over ice cream. Serve with whipped cream on top. |
