VANILLA ICE CREAM WITH HOT
RASPBERRY
 
1 or 2 pkgs. frozen raspberry
Some cherry brandy or raspberry brandy
Sugar, cornstarch

Heat raspberries, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water, sugar to taste. Thicken berries with cornstarch (should be creamy but still liquid). Add brandy and mix well. Serve hot over ice cream. Serve with whipped cream on top.

This recipe is SO good and SO easy to make. just throw it all in a pot and cook it on the stove, then pour over vanilla ice cream. I often serve it to my guests after dinner parties and everyone LOVES it!!!!
