CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. cottage cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken
1 tsp. salt
1 can green chilies
3 c. cubed chicken
3 c. rice
8 oz. Monterey Jack and/or Cheddar cheese
1 c. corn chips, crushed

Blend cheeses and cream until smooth. Add to other ingredients. Sprinkle chips over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
